By the way, I made his back and hair ...spiked spiked!
This means ..theres no meat to make that shape, it's really spike/fur.
I mean it makes me little confused by having in those huge "bags"...meat inside seriously.

I see Sonic hurt on a drawing and theres a cut on his spikes that shows blood? as well little meat inside?
Nah , in my version..it's spikes...
